Privacy policy
Effective 26 October 2026
This policy explains what information SnM Technologies ("we", "us"), operated by Muhammad Shaharyar Naeem, and our partners collect when you play our games or visit this website, and the choices you have. It covers our five games: Neon Core, Core Driller, Block Breach, Pocket Gladiators and Iron Line. If you have questions, email muhammad.shaharyar.naeem@gmail.com.
ERP systems and custom software we build for business clients are governed by each client's own agreement with us, not by this policy.
The short version
- Our games do not ask for your name, email, location or an account.
- Your game progress, including any gems and purchased items, is stored only on your device. We do not run servers that store player data.
- All five games show ads from Google AdMob. Google collects device data to show and measure those ads, and where the law requires it we ask for your consent first.
- Iron Line also uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is played. Our other four games do not send analytics anywhere.
- Neon Core, Core Driller, Block Breach and Pocket Gladiators have an in-app shop. Payments are handled by Google Play, and we never see your payment details. Iron Line has no purchases.
- Reminder notifications are created on your phone and are optional. Vibration uses no data.
- This website uses no cookies and no analytics.
Information stored on your device
Each game saves your progress (for example upgrades, in-game currencies, best scores, settings, the run in progress and the time you last played) in the game's local storage on your phone. In the four games with a shop this also includes your gem balance, the cosmetics you own and a record of your purchases (the product and Google Play's purchase token), which the game uses to unlock items and avoid granting the same purchase twice. This data is not sent to us. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes it.
Advertising
All five games show rewarded video ads, which you choose to watch for an in-game reward, and occasional full-screen (interstitial) ads between runs. These ads are provided by Google AdMob. To deliver, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect:
- your device's advertising ID and other device identifiers
- your IP address and the approximate location derived from it
- device and app information, such as model, operating system, language and app version
- how you interact with ads, such as views, taps and whether an ad was completed
- diagnostic information about how the ads software performs
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game shows a consent form from Google before any ads are personalised. Without consent, Google may still show non-personalised ads, which use contextual information instead of your profile. In Neon Core, Core Driller, Block Breach and Pocket Gladiators you can change your choice later with the Privacy settings button, which appears in the game where this applies. In Iron Line, clearing the game's data in Android settings resets your choice and the form is shown again the next time you open the game (this also deletes your progress).
On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact menu varies by device). Google's own use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Analytics (Iron Line only)
Iron Line uses Google Analytics for Firebase to help us understand how the game is played and balance it. It records gameplay events such as opening the game, starting and finishing the tutorial, starting and ending a run, waves reached, bosses defeated, upgrades and orders chosen, ads watched and daily or weekly rewards claimed, plus your best progress in each theatre. Firebase links these events to an app-instance identifier, not to your name, and also collects device and app information and an approximate location derived from your IP address. This data is processed by Google under the Firebase privacy information and the Google Privacy Policy. The app-instance identifier is replaced if you uninstall and reinstall the game.
Neon Core, Core Driller, Block Breach and Pocket Gladiators do not use Firebase or any other analytics service. Any gameplay events they record stay in memory on your device and are discarded when the game closes.
In-app purchases
Neon Core, Core Driller, Block Breach and Pocket Gladiators sell gems, a one-time Starter Pack and ad removal (a monthly subscription or a one-time purchase) through Google Play Billing. All four handle purchases the same way. Payment is processed entirely by Google Play: we never see your card, bank or billing details. When you buy something, Google Play tells the game on your device which product you bought and gives it a purchase token. The game checks this on your device, unlocks the item, saves the token locally and then confirms delivery to Google Play. We do not run a server that verifies or stores purchases, and none of this is sent to us. Google keeps its own record of your purchases under your Google account; Google's handling of payment data is covered by the Google Payments privacy notice.
Iron Line does not currently offer purchases. If we add them, we will update this policy first.
Notifications
All five games can send optional reminders, such as when a daily reward or idle earnings are ready. These are local notifications: they are scheduled on your phone by the game itself, no push service is used and no data is sent to us or anyone else to deliver them. On Android 13 and later the game asks for notification permission after your first run, not when you first open it (Iron Line also asks if you switch its Reminders setting on). You can turn reminders off at any time in Android settings (Settings → Apps → the game → Notifications). Iron Line also has a Reminders switch in its settings.
Vibration
The games use your phone's vibration motor for short haptic feedback during play. Android grants this permission automatically and it gives the game no access to any data. You can switch vibration off in each game's settings or pause screen.
Permissions our games use
- Internet access: to load ads, and in Iron Line to send analytics. In the four games with a shop, also to reach Google Play for purchases.
- Notifications: for optional reminders, asked for as described above.
- Vibration: for haptic feedback.
- Advertising ID: used by Google AdMob as described above.
- Google Play billing (all games except Iron Line): to make purchases through Google Play.
Our games do not ask for access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. It is served by Amazon Web Services (CloudFront and S3); like any web server, AWS processes your IP address to deliver the pages to you.
Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information about you, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. Because our games keep your progress on your device, uninstalling the game or clearing its data removes it. For data collected by Google for advertising, use the controls described above or Google's tools at My Ad Center. For Iron Line analytics, uninstalling the game stops collection and reinstalling it starts a new, unlinked identifier; because we do not know who you are, we may not be able to find data about you in Firebase, but we will help where we can. For anything else, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
We do not sell personal information for money. Showing personalised ads may count as "sharing" under some US state laws; you can opt out by declining personalised ads in the consent form or deleting your advertising ID.
Data retention and security
We do not run servers that store player data. Data on your device stays there until you uninstall the game or clear its data. Information collected by Google AdMob, by Google Analytics for Firebase (Iron Line) and by Google Play for purchases is retained according to Google's policies and settings. If you email us, we keep the correspondence only as long as we need it to deal with your request.
Changes to this policy
If we change how our games use data, for example by adding analytics or purchases to another game, we will update this page and the effective date above before the change takes effect.
