Terms of service
Effective 26 October 2026
These terms apply when you download or play a game made by SnM Technologies ("we", "us"), operated by Muhammad Shaharyar Naeem. Our games are Neon Core, Core Driller, Block Breach, Pocket Gladiators and Iron Line. By playing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the game.
ERP systems and custom software we build for business clients are governed by each client's own agreement with us, not by these terms.
Using our games
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play our games on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the games.
Play fair. Do not use cheats, bots, modified versions of a game, or tools that edit your save data, fake or bypass purchases, block or skip the delivery of ads you chose to watch, or exploit bugs to gain items. If you do, we may decline to help with problems that result, including lost progress or items.
Virtual items and currencies
Our games have in-game currencies and items, such as data shards (Neon Core), Rig Parts (Core Driller), Breach Cores (Block Breach), Glory (Pocket Gladiators) and medals (Iron Line), as well as upgrades, gear, skins and boosters. Neon Core, Core Driller, Block Breach and Pocket Gladiators also have gems, a premium currency you can buy with real money or earn in the game (for example from daily and weekly rewards), which you spend on chests.
- Currencies and items, including gems, are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another player or moved to another game.
- Gems and other purchased items are not refundable or exchangeable, except where the law requires otherwise or Google Play grants a refund (see Refunds below).
- Your balance and items are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes them, and gems cannot be restored afterwards (see Restoring purchases below).
- We may rebalance a game, which can change the effect, price or value of items.
Purchases and subscriptions
Neon Core, Core Driller, Block Breach and Pocket Gladiators have an in-app shop. Iron Line does not sell anything. Purchases are made through Google Play and are also subject to Google Play's terms. Prices are set in Google Play and shown in your local currency before you confirm. Some payment methods leave a purchase pending; the item arrives once Google Play confirms the payment. Each shop offers the same products:
- Gem packs (100, 600 or 1,400 gems) are consumed when bought: the gems are added to your balance on that device.
- Starter Pack is a one-time purchase per Google account in each game. It gives 300 gems, a bundle of that game's currency and an exclusive cosmetic: the Gold Core skin (Neon Core), the Gold Rig skin (Core Driller), the Gold tile skin (Block Breach) or the Golden Champion look (Pocket Gladiators).
- No Ads · Monthly (
no_ads_monthly) is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews every month and you are charged the price shown at purchase until you cancel it in Google Play. You can manage or cancel it with the Manage subscription link in the game's shop, or in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; ads stay removed until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the game does not cancel the subscription. Each game's subscription is separate and applies only to that game. - No Ads · Forever (
no_ads_lifetime) is a one-time purchase that removes ads in that game for as long as the game is offered. - In every game, "no ads" means the full-screen ads shown between runs are switched off. Rewarded video ads stay available, and watching them remains entirely your choice.
If a purchase does not unlock what it should, try Restore purchases first, then contact us and we will fix it.
Restoring purchases
Each game with a shop checks your purchases with Google Play each time you open or return to it. You can also tap Restore purchases in the shop. Sign in to Google Play with the same Google account you bought with. Restoring brings back:
- No Ads · Forever
- an active No Ads · Monthly subscription
- the exclusive cosmetic from the Starter Pack
Restoring does not bring back gems (bought or earned), the gems and currency included in the Starter Pack, anything won from chests, or any other game progress, because these are stored only on your device.
Chests and random rewards
In Neon Core, Core Driller, Block Breach and Pocket Gladiators you can open chests (Common, Rare and Legendary) with gems; chests cannot be bought directly with money. Each chest gives one reward picked at random from a published table. You can see the chance of every reward by tapping Odds on the chest in the shop before you open it, and these are the same odds the game uses. There is no guaranteed minimum reward and no "pity" system: each opening is independent. If we change a chest's contents or odds, the in-game odds table will show the new values before they apply. What chests contain differs by game:
- Neon Core: data shards, core skins, or boosters that start your next runs with a random firmware patch.
- Core Driller: Rig Parts, rig skins, or boosters that start your next expeditions with a random core sample.
- Block Breach: Breach Cores, tile skins, board themes (the Legendary chest can give a matching tile-and-board set), or boosters that start your next runs with a random power-up charge.
- Pocket Gladiators: Glory, champion looks, or a piece of gear of a set rarity. Gear affects your champion's stats; it is rolled the same way as a gear drop in the hardest arena you have unlocked, so a chest never gives better gear than the arenas themselves can drop.
A cosmetic you already own is converted into that game's currency. Currency amounts grow with your best run. Our games also include free random elements, such as upgrade choices or gear drops, which cannot be bought.
Refunds
Because Google Play processes every payment, refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy and requested through Google Play. We cannot issue refunds directly, except where the law requires us to. Nothing in these terms takes away any refund right you have under consumer law.
Ads
Our games show ads from third parties. We are not responsible for the content of those ads or the sites they link to.
Availability and changes to the games
We may update, rebalance, change or stop offering a game, a shop item or a feature. Ads and purchases need an internet connection, and some features may not be available in every country or on every device.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what data is collected and how.
Disclaimer and liability
We make our games with care, but we provide them "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that they will always be available, error-free or that progress will never be lost.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of game progress, currency or items stored on your device. Our total liability to you for any claim about a game is limited to the amount you paid for purchases in that game in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, or our liability for anything that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protection the consumer law of your country gives you, and you may also be able to bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms. Changes do not affect purchases you made before they took effect.
